Our property has been a traditional Catskills resort since at 1880 and is currently owned & operated by the Rosado family. We are an all inclusive family-style resort specializing in family vacations, weekend getaways, reunions and day trips. The resort is comprised of 6 buildings which include the Main House, Guest House, Cottage & Lower Motels, Motels on the Hill, Upper Motels and Tavern.

We offer personal service in a beautiful setting with, well maintained grounds, comfortable rooms and lots to do. The resort encompasses 46 acres and offers extensive hiking and biking trails, an in-ground pool, volleyball, tennis, basketball courts, a softball field and more. Nightly entertainment in our tavern includes: local bands, DJs, karaoke, bingo and movies.
